確定非手機內建，要如何刪除遠傳S市集？

問1：
為什麼不是在遠傳買的安卓手機，
用了遠傳的系統，就會冒出「遠傳S市集」？

問2：
這算不算入侵我個人隱私 或 侵犯我的財產使用權？

說明：
我100％確定我沒下載也沒安裝，
因為我完全不知道是幹嘛的，也沒有興趣知道，
但它就是出現了！
無法刪除，也關不掉！穴～
