更換馬桶的問題

各位前輩好, 小弟有個馬桶更換的問題, 希望前輩們能幫忙解答!

去年裝潢時聽從銷售人員的建議, 馬桶選擇較安靜的"半沖水半虹吸式",

但經過一年的使用後發現, 馬桶有時連衛生紙都沖不掉, 穢物也不是沖得很乾淨,

80%的機率要沖第二次, 造成水的浪費, 馬桶內也是需要經常洗刷才能保持乾淨,

因此決定要把馬桶換掉, 換成傳統的"沖水式", 雖然噪音大, 但重要的是可以沖得乾淨,

馬桶施工有乾式與濕式, 目前小弟是希望以濕式施工進行, 所以想請問:

1. 舊馬桶是以濕式施工法安裝, 拆除馬桶時, 是否會有長時間的拆除噪音? 敲打聲大概會持續多久?

2. 安裝新馬桶時, 是否需要於地面鑽孔?

3. 濕式施工需要使用水泥, 是否會造成大範圍的塵土飛揚? (施工時家裡仍然會住人)
