急!急!急!黃豆發酵是不是就無法做成豆漿?

家中的黃豆因浸泡過久再加上高溫，產生怪味，用豆漿機無法做成豆漿，上知識家得知發酵黃豆打不出汁，請問這些黃豆是不是就無法食用?是否有其他用途(1斤的黃豆就此丟棄有些可惜!)...
