失智奶奶削竹筍高手 多動預防惡化

雲嘉地區老年人口比率偏高，全國名列前茅，老化是失智症的重要因子，若家中有人罹患失智症，長期的照護壓力，常令家屬心力交瘁。大林慈濟醫院失智症中心今天舉辦家屬支持團體活動，神經內科曹汶龍主任指出，失智症患者雖然部份能力退化，但一定還有擅長的優點，家屬應妥善掌握。

例如，一名失智病友偶爾會走失，煮飯能力也退化，但削起竹筍來仍十分俐落，因此，家人鼓勵老奶奶繼續削竹筍，讓她很有成就感，手部的靈活度也可繼續維持。
