我想買新灣區建案---賦格

我跟樓主一樣蠻喜歡賦格的，想說與其買海邊 1.5 排大樓，然後每天擔心前面不知道會不會蓋起來影響房價，不如買地段方便，每天看萬坪勞工公園綠意。

沒記錯的話，賦格只有 6x 戶，養不起游泳池。游泳池除了要花錢請救生員外，夏天也可能會有一些住戶的親戚的小孩什麼的來游，出入份子變複雜了。另外有的社區可能為了省救生員的錢，公設是戲水池不是游泳池，哪一天有老人滑倒或者小朋友淹死就不妙了，還會變凶宅影響房價。

覺得可惜的是賦格沒有健身房和空中花園，像都廳苑那樣，邊看著中庭綠意運動邊健身跑步的感覺真好。只是都廳苑公設感覺又太多了。有些使用率低的公設像 KTV、湯屋、宴會廳、雪茄牌藝室、酒吧，增加管理人力使用率也低，沒有也無所謂。

不知道樓主是看賦格幾坪的？83坪還有在賣嗎？
