會變型扭曲的超強吸水布

朋友送我一塊吸水布,平滑有點厚度,布的中間夾一層細薄沙網,吸水超強,披在肩上涼涼的卻不滴水,
表面滑滑的看起來很像塑膠製的,一旦乾了布就會變型,扭曲得很厲害,很輕,用手就可以撕破,又很像紙板.
請問
1.材質是PVA或木漿?
2.高溫會有毒嗎?

我想在蒸氣房使用要能耐高溫,不能散播毒素..
