(零組件)關於電腦裝風扇

我的機瞉是像右邊這種壓克力的只有一個地方可以裝風扇

現在知道的是..
前面下方有一個進風的對準硬碟
風後上方有一個抽風的抽出CPU
靠近主機板的側板不知道有沒有風扇
我想在側板下面那裡裝風扇..那個地方對準顯示卡..是GTX590

1  想請問要裝進風還是抽風..??
2  那裡是裝機吋的風扇呢..??
3  我的顯卡只要待機就70度以上了..這樣正常嗎..??
