李鴻源：將修法可強制酒測

●內政部長李鴻源上午出席一場研討會受訪表示，對於酒駕民眾故意拒絕酒測，以逃避被移送法辦、留下刑事前科紀錄，李鴻源透露，交通部、法務部、警政署目前已有修道路交通安全管理處罰條例共識，對拒絕酒測的民眾可強制酒測。

李鴻源說，「酒駕又拒絕酒測是懦弱的行為，社會應唾棄！」也呼籲民眾，只要不酒駕，就什麼事都沒了！
