日職，技壓藤浪，田中將大完封勝

最受注目的新人之一阪神投手藤浪晉太郎對決樂天王牌田中將大，田中技壓對手，完投9局沒失分，不但帶走本季第9勝、也是今年第1場完封勝。

藤浪此役完全被田中比下去，他只投了4.1局就被換下場，締造進入日本職棒以來最短先發紀錄；吞下敗仗的他前兩次先發也都只投不滿6局，但無關勝敗，此役失3分的他逃不過敗投，阪神也以0：3輸給樂天。

藤浪表示：「我並不是帶著差不多應該要贏球了吧的心情去投，我每一場站上投手丘都想要贏，世界上不存在不想贏的投手。」此役被敲5安打都是左打者，對上左打顯弱的缺點被放大，他說：「力量不夠，回去會再修正。」
