【短片】虐殺舊情人竟算自首　死者家屬：不能接受

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市去年9月發生的女女四角戀情殺案，死者陳姓女子離家投靠舊情人謝女，卻遭謝女夥同新歡舊愛蔡姓、陳姓與施姓3女凌虐20天，不僅用美工刀劃割、菸燙全身、還用雨傘、掃把柄性侵等，致陳女體無完膚引發敗血症死亡。
 
台中地院依過失致死罪重判謝、蔡無期徒刑，其中陳女被認定自首，判刑30年。
 
陳女父親對此忿忿不平的說：「她們明明要致女兒於死，甚至要毀屍滅跡，怎會是只想傷害呢？」

他對陳女被認定自首獲輕判，也說：「如果陳女一開始報警就說出全部案情，說她自首我可以接受，但她在殯儀館驗屍、檢察官開臨時偵查庭都沒有坦白，這樣也算自首，我不能接受，一定上訴。」
