S3 清除了「媒體儲存空間」的資料後 手機預設鈴聲 通知音 鬧鐘音也都消失了

為了清除多餘的相簿，
照著網路上查到的
去按了 應用程式管理員→「媒體儲存空間」中的清除資料
多餘的相簿是消失了沒錯
可是 設定→音效→裝置鈴聲 下 變成「未知的鈴聲」
點進去後，更換鈴聲的選項中，手機原來內建的鈴聲都看不到了

可是
/system/media/內檔案都還是在

一同受到影響的還有鬧鐘的音樂 以及通知音效

有試用了rescan media root，還是沒辦法解決

備份檔備份的是4.1.1的= =

請問各位先進 還有什麼可以不用重刷的修復方法?

手機是S3
ANDROID 4.1.2

ps：請要隱藏導航王資料的大大們小心這按下去的副作用，
很多篇都沒提到會有這個影響
