開放大膽群島 龍應台：文化先於開發

大膽群島3年內將全面撤軍並開放觀光，文化部長龍應台今登島實勘後讚嘆不已，她表示，這是最具「冷戰」特色的世界級景觀，將以此建立全國第一個「文化先於開發」的深度觀光軍事標的。

龍應台與文資委員夏鑄九、江柏煒、金防部指揮官潘家宇等人，上午在兩棲偵察營海龍艦艇搭載下，首度登上這座仍然充滿神秘色彩的要塞保壘。
