錄音問提!!!!!!!!!!拜託拜託螢幕錄製程式

我下載了螢幕錄製程式可是露出來的音怪怪的，很不清晰 聽都聽不懂
後還我下載了錄音程式錄錄看 還是一樣
各種的錄音程式都是一樣怪怪的
我不知道該怎麼辦～～
是音效設置問題嗎??
我不太會弄..
目前被我弄得連錄一點聲音都無法了....

以前用xp錄的時候都很好也相當清晰
要如何調呢???

*我的音效管理是瑞昱高傳真音效
