夜店狂歡意猶未盡　涼亭上演活春宮

【綜合報導】兩名來台灣當交換學生的外籍男女，前晚到夜店狂歡後意猶未盡，轉戰台中公園涼亭「打野砲」，嚇壞晨運的阿公、阿嬤，警方獲報趕抵，男子嚇得拉起褲子、褪下大號保險套，訊後兩人被依妨害風化罪嫌移送。

警方調查發現，兩人是台中一所私立科技大學的外籍交換生，分別是19歲的美國籍蔡姓男子，與18歲的巴西籍吳姓女子。兩人供稱，前天凌晨在夜店喝酒，打烊後轉往台中公園涼亭休息、接吻，不知觸法。保險套內沒有精液，但警方仍認定兩人從事性行為，已觸犯妨害風化罪，可處一年以下徒刑或三千元以下罰金。
