6月房市穩　上周因端午節看屋量微增10%

【吳苡辰／台北報導】利率偏低、資金仍多，房產業者指，目前房市並無太大變數，除桃園縣因供給多、交易緩外，大台北整體房市穩定，估計該趨勢將持續至第3季，目前大台北建案每周看屋人次約30組，上周因端午節看屋量微增至近35組。
 
創意家廣告指，下半年仍以五股、淡水等低價區、中小坪數接受度高。4月潛銷、上周甫公開的中山區預售案「將捷心裡画」規劃20~55坪，每坪開價105~110萬元，至今已預約逾10組，以20坪與28坪接受度最高。
