防核安 台電不惜資產有斷然措施

新北市府17日召開核安監督委員會。對於核電廠斷然處置如何強化，台電副總經理陳布燦說，福島事故後，台電透過核安總體檢，採取相關措施從根本抑減核災發生的可能性，無須依賴斷然處置措施；實施斷然處置措施可達到反應爐安全停機、冷卻降溫效果，就沒有疏散問題，也不會有輻射外洩，即使台電3000億資產報銷，也須這樣做。
