快訊　輕颱麗琵接近　明東部南部轉有雨

【張勵德／台北報導】位於菲律賓東方海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，上午8時增強為今年第4號颱風麗琵（Leepi，由寮國命名，原意為瀑布名），目前中心位置約在台灣東南方850公里海面上，以時速15公里速度向北北西移動。

中央氣象局預估，麗琵颱風應不會直接影響台灣陸地，不過明後兩天是麗琵最接近台灣的時候，受到颱風外圍雲系影響，東半部及南部地區會有局部短暫陣雨。
