快訊　輕颱麗琶形成　明後天最接近台灣

【綜合報導】中央氣象局表示，位於菲律賓東方海面的熱帶性低氣壓在上午8時增強為今年第4號輕度颱風「麗琶」（Leepi，由寮國命名，原意為瀑布名），氣象局目前正在作業中，稍後10時多將發布颱風潛勢路徑圖等資料。根據日本氣象廳颱風路徑預測，麗琶可能在明、後天從台灣東部海面北上，轉向日本。
