雙子星開發弊案 檢調再搜索 約談三人

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星聯合開發弊案，檢調今天再度發動搜索。

檢調懷疑，得標廠商太極雙星為了取得標案，不但透過市議員賴素如在議會提案外，幕後金主程宏道更在民國101年中，疑似透過兩名土地開發業者輾轉連繫上一名前捷運局專員，向專員打探雙子星開發案的投標訊息。

北檢上午指揮台北市調處，兵分三路搜索這三名關係人的住處以及辦公室，隨後再將他們約談到案，以釐清相關案情。
