第一次用SSD,金士頓120G的分數??

小弟已經處理完AHCI問題了
但還是只能跑100多M讀寫

但也查出主要問題了
主機板沒有支援完整SATA6G
只能PCI-E X16,USB3.0,SATA6G,三選一
用SATA6G的話,PCI-E X16會降成X8.

現在顯卡是用560TI.
用來玩遊戲的話,還是選擇PCI-E X16模式比較好.
這樣結論正確嗎??
