杜英宗：政府應參與長期照護業

南山人壽副董事長杜英宗表示，政府引導壽險業資金投入長期照護機構政策方向正確，但政府也應該參與，若只是單純蓋養老院、老人醫院，綜效難發揮。

南山人壽今天舉行幸福卡記者會。杜英宗會後接受媒體採訪時作以上表示。

杜英宗也表達對量化寬鬆政策(QE)退場看法，他認為，美國現在失業率仍達7.6%，且目前也沒有通膨的問題，快速縮手的可能性不高，預測明年才會真正退場。

另外，政府為了刺激經濟，積極引導壽險資金投入長期照護機構，杜英宗認為方向正確，但是民間投入長照機構，政府也應該參與。

杜英宗建議，各縣市都整合出園區，納入所有的老人機構與設施，會更加有效果。
