兩張違規張貼小廣告遭重罰9萬元

台北市環保局表示，今年所屬巡查人員於台北車站附近查獲兩張違規張貼小廣告，將相關查證資料以違反不動產經紀業管理條例移請地政局裁處，裁罰新台幣9萬元罰鍰。

　北市環保局指出，自今年6月1日起加強取締違規廣告，尤其針對本市主要道路（如大安區、信義區的忠孝東路三~ 五段，中正區的羅斯福路，大安區的延吉街，內湖的內湖路、民權東路等路段）張貼廣告房仲業者，將優先以違反不動產經紀業管理條例裁罰，裁罰6萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰，希望藉由重罰達到遏阻效果。
