農委會技轉「埔桃酒」 得獎

台灣也可以生產法國等級的葡萄酒。農委會委託高雄餐旅大學，運用台灣金香白葡萄，研發創新釀造技術，並技術移轉台中市樹生休閒酒莊產製「埔桃酒」，參加2013年法國國際酒類評鑑，挑戰全世界40個葡萄酒生產國共3425款酒品，獲得銀質獎，證明台灣原產葡萄酒品質具國際水準。
