余烈建議剷除核四廠生水池上山頭

新北市核安會17日邀新北市土木技師公會理事長余烈與會，說明斷層與核電廠安全關係；余烈說，台灣的條件不適合蓋核電廠，台電應增加電廠圍阻體的耐震係數。對於核四廠生水池位於順向坡，台電表示沒有挖斷坡腳的疑慮。余烈則以林肯大郡災變、北二高七堵走山為例，建議生水池上方的山頭應全部剷除，或在坡腳設大口徑排樁。
