hTC J 音孔蓋脫落維修問題

請問，這情況有板大遇過嗎?我是今年1月台灣大哥大門市購入，想說這情況如果拿去送修需不需要維修費?另外音量控制鍵也有下陷的問題，應該是在保固內，像這種人為問題....如果拿去原廠送修，是會換整新機的方式嗎?維修費的部分有板大有經驗嗎?? 謝謝
