據新聞報導: "時速203公里？不服超速罰單 車主敗訴" -- 黃姓車主被國道九隊移動式測速器測得車速203公里，基隆地院認為測速器定期送檢，又清楚拍到黃的車子與車速，黃不能以過去從未超速來抗辯，判他敗訴。

請教各位大大, 不知如有 GPS 車速數據的行車紀錄器是否能做為超速與否的佐證? 謝謝!
