有關學生狐臭。。急 20點

請問一下。。。

我現在是國中生 可是有狐臭

不一定要流汗 我每次狐臭都不知道什麼時候會發作

加上我又很怕熱 只要稍微有任何一點悶熱就會開始臭

我也總不能一直跑廁所看自己有沒有臭。。。

雖然有買那種用抹的除臭芳香劑（NIVEA DRY COMFORT PLUS 48 HOUR)
也有購入比較貴的易夏貼

可是我是學生 總不能一直省錢買易夏貼

而且假日想出去玩穿背心 又不能貼 就算擦了除臭芳香劑 也不知道效果可以持續多久 每次出門都搞得戰戰兢兢。。

請問有什麼平常生活中作息或食品可以改善狐臭的嗎

我還是學生 也不能接受開刀。。

還有那個除臭乾爽的有什麼推薦的嗎？

或是除臭劑大概隔多久要抹一次？
