我的臉長痘痘會留紅紅的斑

我的狀況如題

我朋友說 長痘痘過程中 沒有做好清潔 導致痘痘消下去後 皮膚內部的瘀血和髒東西會留在裡面 導致臉頰會產生一紅紅一點一點

他建議我去做臉 在臉頰用針戳把裡面髒東西擠出來 手術結束後 戳過的部分會結痂

結痂消去後 臉就會比較乾淨了

請問此治療方法有根據嗎? 因為我擦痘痘要擦一段時間了 主要就是消去後會留紅點
這讓我很困擾
