颱風季防淹水 吉安鄉爭經費

颱風季將到，花蓮縣吉安鄉南海1街到南海7街幾乎遇雨就淹，吉安鄉長黃馨後天（本月24日）將與經濟部水利署共同會勘海岸路與南海1 街口的聯合排水，希望爭取6年600億元預算。黃馨表示，重點將放在南海2街至7街的水患整治。
