如何在露天拍賣，而不用繳交手續費？

由於我之前在露天賣二手專輯
因為不到要收取任何費用，就傻傻的把定價設為9999元
結果今天卻收到露天繳交手續費的通知信
而且一繳就要繳150元!!!!
不過信好買家配合我，都取消交易了
這筆金額才扣除掉了
可是我真的有很多二手專輯想賣掉，多少賺回一些錢
所以我想請問有經驗的網友們
我要如何在露天賣東西，而不用繳交任何的手續費呢？

我有聽說只要手續費不超過50元都可以放著不管
但慢慢累積還是會到達吧！
所以最後還是得繳交.....
有沒有其他更好的辦法呢？
