力泰吳良材：QE退場態度轉保守

【張菱育／台北報導】力泰建設（5520）今日舉辦股東會，通過配發現金股利1.8元。力泰建設董事長吳良材表示，若美國QE退場，會讓建商態度轉為保守。
 
力泰建設2012年營收26.32億元，稅後淨利1.58億元，每股稅後盈餘2.22元。吳良材指出，過去1年市場還是很競爭，會持續平穩的走。未來的營運重點為拓展民間及公共工程業務，增加產能、提升產品品質。
