換電池跟行動電猿哪個比較傷機身

最近買了新手機
但是還想買行動電源
姊姊跟堂妹都說用行動電源很傷機身
但是同學又說換電池材傷機身
到底要哪一個比較好

其實都可以，
行動電源的原理就跟一般充電一樣，不傷機身，
換電池也不是還別款手機得電池也會傷到，
真要說到的話就是換電池換到機殼容易脫落~
