元大寶來：等待量縮測台股年線支撐

元大寶來多多基金經理人董士興表示，美國聯準會（Fed）會議釋出將在今年底前縮減購債規模，澆熄市場認為QE政策未改的樂觀預期，國際股市及台股的反彈失敗，惟經濟復甦是Fed政策改變的前提，故資金退潮將轉由景氣回穩成為股市的助力。

雖然市場短期觀望心態濃厚，但中長期依然偏向正面，大環境仍屬低成長，選股不選市的主軸依然未變。

台股近期上漲量縮，下跌量增，顯示市場信心仍偏疲弱，外資期貨部位持續偏空，但公營行庫持續買進，證所稅修正案可望明日過關，政策面偏向有利。

從量、價、指標角度分析，台股下跌五周跌破半年線，下跌但量增格局較為不利，六周、13周均量集結在3,600億元附近，有待量縮築底測試年線支撐力。
