摘要：核二廠一號機前天跳機，而這也是今年來的第一次。但鄰近的核一廠一號機，剛好也在進行年度保養，這是北台灣將近十二年來，首度有兩座核能機組同時停機，供電的缺口擴大至一百餘萬千瓦。通常北部電廠出現問題時，就要仰賴南電北送，但這個一百餘萬千瓦，其實已經逼近南電北送的最大負荷量。
