綜所稅逾期自動補繳免罰 僅需按日記息

財政部南區國稅局表示，今年度綜所稅結算申報已於2013年5月31日截止，逾期尚未申報者，應儘速補報補繳，否則經稽徵機關調查發現後，除了需核定補徵應納稅額外，並依補徵稅額處三倍以下罰鍰。

國稅局指出，納稅義務人如果是自動向稅捐稽徵機關補報，並補繳所漏稅款，可免除逃漏稅相關處罰，但補繳稅款必須按日加計利息。
