男子光天化日偷鐵條被捕

高雄市一名洪姓男子（37歲，有賭博、竊盜前科）昨天下午兩點多趁著假日，潛入鳳山區光復路二段市府新建行政大樓工地行竊，他偷了12條鐵條後，騎機車準備離開時，剛好被鳳山警分局忠孝派出所員警發現，當場人贓俱獲，洪男在偵訊時坦承犯行，警方在訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送。
