購屋負擔低　淡海房價相對低

【張菱育／台北報導】相較雙北市精華區房價每坪至少50~70萬元，在比價效應下，新北市的低價區像淡水區，每坪約20多萬元，吸引不少首購族，希望以通勤時間換取更有品質的居住空間，可減輕購屋壓力。
 
21世紀不動產淡水新市鎮加盟店店長李讚育表示，因淡水的建設利多帶動買氣，輕軌捷運線、大型量販賣場進駐，且房價基期低，再加上未來增值空間大，以總價1000~1500萬元的購屋預算來看，在台北市僅能買10~20坪小套房，但相同價格，卻可在淡海新市鎮找到2~3房產品。
