175/70 R13輪胎與鋁圈一問...

小弟我目前開家中1997年小March 。
最近因為常胎壓不足，就隨便找路邊輪胎店檢查，店家告知小弟我的車輪圈已氧化現象容易漏氣，再加上開高速公路時速100左右方向盤就會左右抖動(因該是定位跑掉了)，因為種種原因，小弟我有考慮換鋁圈(輪胎才剛換沒多久~ ~a)，可是同事都建議我直上14吋的鋁圈(還有同事叫我直接換車@@)，這樣等同於我的輪胎也要一並更換，讓我十分猶豫，因為我開車什麼都不追求，就油耗方面特別在意(聽說鋁圈加大會增加油耗)，在加上鋁圈會氧化嗎??那個店家是不是唬爛我的，小弟我現在很煩惱是否有必要更換鋁圈，如果要更換有需要加大嗎???
