請問這種在床上的小黑蟲是什麼蟲?

這幾天在床上和床頭櫃上發現很多這種小黑蟲
其實不太會爬到睡覺的床上,而是靠著的那面
移動速度緩慢 但還是會爬
已殺了大約10隻
輕輕捏一下就死了 也沒有流血 不知道是不是假死

昨天用過蒸氣式殺蟲劑
不知道這樣有沒有成功撲殺完
請問這是什麼蟲阿?
現在渾身覺得不舒服 都不敢睡在房間了
