發生車禍對方卻不接電話

今天在路上發生車禍對方要到對面街道但過馬路時不看是否有來車

突然衝出來我緊急煞車但還是撞上了 後來筆錄作好後 打給對方看事情要怎處理

案發是下午1點半左右 我筆錄做完回家還有事情要用忙完已經是晚上7點多了

我打三通電話給對方 我是很有誠意想把事情處理好 因為我當時車速也有點快

現這樣子我該怎辦
