2字頭功虧一簣！央行尾盤打壓　新台幣收30.12、升7.1分

在台股大漲，出口商拋匯，加上韓元等兌美元走揚，新台幣兌美元匯價28日盤中升破30元價位，一度來到29.94元、勁揚逾2角，不過，尾盤中央銀行再度出手阻升，新台幣兌美元匯價未能站上2字頭，終場以30.12元作收、升值7.1分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量10.32億美元。

美國聯準會官員的發言略安撫市場對於QE將退場的憂慮，亞洲貨幣包括韓元、星幣等兌美元走揚，韓元來到1140韓元兌1美元，人民幣兌美元中間價也走升，而新台幣盤中也重新站上2字頭。

匯銀人士指出，新台幣兌美元匯價28日以30.191元平盤開出後，一度貶至30.2元後，隨即在台股走揚，出口商拋匯，加上央行總裁彭淮南表示，不會因企業主張新台幣貶值，就任由新台幣貶值，要考慮包括機車族在內的廣大消費者權益，新台幣隨即升破30元價位，一度來到29.94元、升值2.51角。

不過，央行仍有顧及出口業的感受，在尾盤還是有阻升動作，新台幣美元匯價從29.99元拉回至3字頭，以30.12元作收、升值7.1分。
