義大利否認 為加入歐元區作弊

（法新社米蘭26日電） 義大利財政部今天否認報導所說，這個部會為加入歐元區，而利用衍生性金融商品交易契約來美化帳面。財政部堅稱，義大利的官方帳戶健全。

財政部表示：「我們的官方帳戶沒有任何危險。」

「關於義大利在1990年代末期使用衍生性金融商品來為加入歐元區製造必要條件的假設，毫無根據。」

「共和報」（La Repubblica）和「金融時報」報導，義大利將因1990年代末期買進的衍生性金融商品而蒙受80億歐元虧損。

報導中說，義大利當局利用這些商品來粉飾帳面，以加入歐元區。

共和報說：「官方帳戶中埋下了定時炸彈。」

該報自稱曾目睹1份29頁的機密報告，其中指出，義利利財政部已在「2012年5至12月間」，將債務重整，當時歐元區正是危機最嚴重時期。

總理雷塔（Enrico Letta）政府立即設法控制相關報導所造成的損害，以免破壞恢復義大利經濟成長的努力。

義大利財政部說：「自1990年代下半期開始，歐盟統計局（Eurostat）就進行有系統的管制，包括那些分期實施衍生性金融商品新方針的國家。管制當局一貫證實，這些操作的會計有規律性。」
