〈快訊〉央行利率「連8凍」　雙北房市採「審慎措施」

這已經是央行連續第8季利率按兵不動，主要是考量全球經濟緩步復甦，出口成長不如預期，此外，央行也針對台北市和新北市部分地區房市採取針對性審慎措施，包括嚴控購屋及土地抵押貸款，希望能協助控制房價飆升。
