信義/大安區 ，國際合理價 是36萬/坪 ?

台灣民怨第一房價不合理
應該要符合國際合理價格
那我們來算算甚麼是客觀的合理價格

以國際觀點
年租金 X 20倍 = 合理房價
(因為房貸20年 如果年租房價比20倍 買比較好)

按照目前信義大安區，30坪房子年租金約 54萬來算
54萬 X20 = 1080

得出 大約是36萬/坪是合理價，用目前看大約是跌60%

如果是平均家庭房價所得比
也大概是這個數字~~

所以~ 跌幾%你就願意會出手?
