台韓司法互助 助韓遣返通緝犯郭鎬永

我國法務部今天順利協助韓國政府將一名韓籍重大經濟通緝犯郭鎬永遞解歸案。

郭鎬永在韓國涉及重大金融犯罪，涉案金額達數千萬美元，遭韓國首爾地檢署通緝中。今年三月二十四號，郭鎬永企圖持偽造韓國護照，自台灣出境逃往香港，被我國移民署當場查獲，隨即移送桃園地檢署偵辦。

法務部指出，台韓透過聯繫管道，掌握到郭鎬永在台灣境內被捕，韓國法務部正式向我國提出司法互助請求，透過桃園地檢署與移民署，並協調韓國派員來台將郭鎬永遞解出境。
