請問亞航台北飛日本 托運行李的件數?

五月底左右在 AirAsia的網上訂了7月台北東京的來回機票(2人來回)

去:
桃園到成田 航班:JW872 (只買了一個人的托運(20KG)

回:
成田到桃園 航班:JW873 (買了兩個人托運(各20KG)

(兩個行李箱26吋&29吋)

想請問亞航台北飛日本 有托運行李件數的規定嗎?

爬文看到有兩種說法...

1.無行李件數規定(可一人托運兩個行李箱)，但總重量不能超過購買的公斤數(20KG)。

2.一個人規定只能拖運一個行李箱並且重量不得超過購買的公斤數(20KG)。

到底哪種才是正確的阿...><

另外想請問:
關於
<手機的電池>
<數位相機的電池>
<行動電源>
<手機相機的旅充或座充>
<3號電池(拍立得用)>
<止汗爽身噴霧60ML>
上面哪些是可托運或是一定當隨身行李的呢?

第一次出國..問題很多><
