QE擬退 美債基金失血慘重

（中央社台北4日電）彭博社報導，自從美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）主席柏南奇（Ben S. Bernanke）發表聯準會空前量化寬鬆（QE）措施退場計畫的談話，震撼市場以來，投資人已從美國債券基金抽腿600億美元。

這些基金贖回動作預示，當聯準會最後減碼每月850億美元購買債券和房貸債券時，資產管理人將採取何種行動。聯準會目前的購債是投資人所依賴。美國投資公司協會（ICI）昨天公布，在6月26日止當週，債券基金遭淨贖回281億美元。

自2009年以來，散戶投資人為了逃避震盪的股市，而將大約1兆美元資金投入他們認為比較安全的債券基金，但由於預期利率將上升，過去1個月來，他們開始反其道而行。

顧問公司Casey, Quirk & Associates LLC今年5月曾警告說，依賴債券的基金經理人可能要面對艱困的未來，因為投資人將1兆美元資金從傳統的固定收益債券撤走。

羅德島的財務顧問鮑伯羅夫（Geoff Bobroff）在電訪中說：「利率上升終於讓投資人了解，債券不是一條單行道，但過去5年到7年的大部份時間，固定收益的投資卻都是如此。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）1020704
