台新金逼婚彰銀 著眼陸布局

〔自由時報記者盧冠誠／台北報導〕針對台新銀是否併入彰銀，台新金與財政部頻頻交火，公股行庫主管說，台新金實在太衝動，且不夠細膩；不過，扁政府時期的前財金官員則認為，政府欠台新金一個公道，而近期一連串動作，主要是著眼於中國布局。

一位大型公股行庫主管表示，贊成財政部強調不可能讓台新金投資300多億元，就取得彰銀近2兆元資產，事實上，台新金要推動合併根本沒這麼簡單，況且最近這麼一搞，已讓財政部臉上無光。

行庫主管指出，財政部可用工具還很多，加上即使最後送到金管會，主管機關也將以法令遵循、財務狀況、公司治理、健全經營發展等四大要件做為審核標準，這部分「彈性」就很大。前財金官員則認為，政府欠台新金一個公道，當初台新金出價時，「應該是有所期待」，且又是彰銀最大股東，如今政黨輪替，預估馬政府未來三年，合併案難以成局。

該名官員表示，彰銀在中國早已設立昆山分行，而台新金目前只有租賃公司，眼看其他民營銀行大舉搶進，推測近期積極推動合併，與拓展中國市場有關。
