請問這樣的影片有可能檢舉成功嗎?

第一次PO文!

我的行車記錄器好像一直時間都沒有辦法設定好!
想請問這樣的影片有可能檢舉成功嗎?
影片內容:
一男一女雙載沒帶安全帽, 紅燈直接右轉, 年紀輕不知道有沒有駕照.

問題如下:
1. 影片不清, 行車記錄器太差, 但可以看到沒帶安全帽及紅燈右轉. 不過要很專心看才看的到.
2. 影片時間不對. 也是行車記錄器問題.

在Youtube上看會比較累, 但如果用PC直接看影片, 紅燈右轉及車牌都可以看的清楚.
請問這樣的影片有可能檢舉成功嗎?
