網路購書再取消 竟還遇詐被騙4萬元

網購詐欺案件層出不窮，一六五最近發現，購物之後再取消訂單也會受騙。警方指出，住在台中的紀同學，在網路書店購書之後又取消訂單，結果接到詐騙電話，歹徒假冒網路書店員工，宣稱取消訂單要雙方同意，誘騙操作ATM，造成被害人連續受害，損失四萬多元。（杜大澂報導）

全國最大的考試用書網路書店疑似個資外洩，造成學生族群遇上詐騙集團，甚至有被害人是購書後取消訂單，也沒逃過。住在台中的紀同學，就是在網路書店買了參考書，但又取消訂單，隨後就接到自稱是網路書店員工的電話，告知取消訂單要雙方同意，被害人不疑有詐，按照指示操作ATM，還被要求購買遊戲點數，結果連續受害。

刑事局預防科警官鄭加仁說明歹徒詐騙手法。「告知取消訂單須雙方同意，之後假冒郵局人員，要求紀同學至ATM操作取消訂購，俟轉帳後，又要求購買遊戲點數並提供序號及密碼，方能將剛剛轉帳金額退還，紀同學不疑有他，提供序號及密碼而遭到連續詐騙。」

根據一六五專線統計，今年五月，就有七個人在這家網路書店購物或取消購物之後被騙，總共財損金額近二十六萬元。警方除了呼籲消費者要提高警覺防詐之外，也向業者喊話，加強網站安全建立防駭機制。
